“I have been bringing my 9 year old Mastiff, Army, to Somers Animal Hospital for the last 3 years. Everyone there is great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr Walker performed 2 surgical procedures on Army and at this point I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do so. Army can be a grumpy old man at times but seems to like Dr Walker. Actually, I also starting bringing my girlfriends dog, Lucy, to Somers. She is the sweetest little pit bull, 8 years old. Saw Dr Randall for some emergency rabies boosters recently… he was great with Lucy and even the Grumpy old man, Army. Very happy with Somers animal hospital and highly recommend them to everyone!”

“I have been going to the Somers Animal Hospital long enough to remember when they first built the “new” building that they are in now! They have lovingly cared for many of our family pets that lived for 15-18 years, and the next generation of pets for the same length of time. Dr. Randell has extensive knowledge above and beyond what you would expect and works with many types of animals. There are specialists they will refer to when needed, but can handle most issues. Most of the staff has been there for years. They are very compassionate, caring, friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. The entire staff is educated, organized, and remembers everyone and their owners. The animal hospital is also immaculate. I have heard that other vets may be cheaper but my feeling is you get what you pay for. My pets are part of my family and bargain basement healthcare is not how I want to pinch pennies. I am certain if you try them you will love them as much as my terrible Chihuahua and 3 kitties do!”
