Our staff will be screening all clients to be sure of a safe visit. At this time, entry into the hospital is limited to employees only.
At this time, we are only booking appointments for essential services.
New admittance procedures
When you arrive at the hospital for your appointment, please call from your vehicle.
When the time comes, we will have you bring your pet to the front door where a member of our team will meet you to take your pet. We are not permitting staff members to retrieve pets from cars.
- When interacting with staff, all clients MUST be wearing a face mask/covering.
- No coats/sweaters on pets.
- Please clean the carrier, leash/collar with an alcohol-based solution before the visit.
- If your pet is staying at the hospital for a procedure, no personal items can be kept with your pet while hospitalized, this includes toys and blankets.
If you are here for a scheduled appointment please be available by phone while waiting for your pet so the veterinarian can speak to you regarding the visit, discuss any findings and if needed, provide you with any further instructions.
Upon completion of the exam and the doctor’s call, a receptionist will review any medications and accept payment over the phone.
Please call ahead for any medication refills and we will leave them outside or if preferred we can mail the medications to you.
Our team truly appreciates everyone’s understanding and patience at this difficult time. We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our hospital, but we have put forth new protocols according to CDC and AVMA guidelines. We are working hard to continue to provide excellent care for you and your pet!
